Returns Policy

At Herd Collective, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our garments. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process smooth, simple and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns are available for store credit or exchange only (no refunds, unless item is faulty).
  • Final sale, custom and items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request
    • Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Include:
      • Receipt number
      • Item(s) you’re returning
      • Reason for return
      • Photo evidence (if faulty)
  2. Receive Approval & Return Instructions
    • You’ll receive a response within 3-5 business days with return approval and mailing instructions.
    • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
  3. Ship & Track Your Return
    • Send the item to the address we will provide, and email us the tracking number.
    • Once item(s) are received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit or send the exchange item within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Exchanges

  • Want a different size? Let us know in your return request.
  • We’ll hold the new item for you until the original is received.
  • One exchange per item is allowed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We thoroughly inspect all items but if you’ve received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following details:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the fault or incorrect item

Once we review your request, we’ll provide a resolution which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
