We proudly partner with Australia Post to deliver your orders reliably and efficiently.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout using Australia Post’s rates based on your location and order size.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Issues
HERD Collective is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, but we will do our best to support you in resolving any shipping problems. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help lodge a claim with Australia Post.
